YOuth Ministry
Since Christian schools in Latin America have open enrollment, more than 60% of the students—and about 50% of the teachers—are not Bible-believing Christians. This is a huge ministry opportunity for us!
For two weeks, our Peru team will work with three native Christian schools. As you help teachers and high school students polish their English pronunciation, you’ll have the opportunity to share the Gospel with them, too.
Depending on the background and skills of our team members, we may be able to help the school with specialized subjects like science, speech, or music.
Additionally, our Peru team will work with the local church in Lima and in Cuzco to reach the young adults, teenagers and children. Team members will participate in evangelistic activities and rallies in order to reach Peruvians for Christ.
There are many opportunities to serve: evangelism with kids, playing sports, leading a small Bible study, counseling, worship, and even photography. All of your talents and skills can be used during this mission trip for God’s glory.
Church Ministry
You’ll also fellowship with Christians in dynamic, growing Peruvian churches and see the amazing ways God is working in Peru. Our team will have opportunities to teach Sunday School and preach in evangelistic outreaches for young people.
Team Preparation
You don’t need to be proficient in Spanish to join our team! As you interact with Peruvian students and church members, you’ll be surprised how quickly you’ll start learning the language. It will be amazing to see how God can use you to impact the lives of others.
